C4D ATHLETICS

Goal: Our camp provides youth with a safe environment to learn, work, and play during the summer months when supervision and enrichment are most needed. Camp C4D offers numerous fun programs, such as trips, art and crafts, at an affordable price for low income families.

Camp C4D provides an opportunity for our students to put aside thoughts of homework, and have focus on having fun! Campers will enjoy various programs that fill up their day, such as arts & crafts projects and trips to the movies, swimming, and amusement parks. No matter the day, our campers always have something exciting to look forward to, from breakfast to dismissal time.

However, we’re not all fun and games; Camp C4D has several academic areas of focus that allow our students to keep up on their road to success. The camp incorporates playful engagement into educational class time, in order to fully enrich our students. We build on the lessons that they learned in the past school year, and reinvigorate their knowledge on concept that sets a foundation for the next grade. We also work to develop our students’ understanding of finances, money management, and entrepreneurship. Throughout the camp, students are taught basic lessons in different areas of financial literacy, reading, and STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math).

Furthermore, our students are introduced to life concepts, such as the importance of giving back, and participate in a community service project at the end of camp.
